The coastal town of Villajoyosa is famous for its brightly coloured houses that adorn the Mediterranean shoreline. This special little town is known as “Chocolate city” as it is home to some of the finest chocolatiers in Spain and the largest chocolate factory “Valor”.
The village of Algar is in complete contrast to Benidorm and really is a holiday must. There is something for everyone at this beautiful paradise. The Waterfalls are such a peaceful place, where you can just sit and relax while dipping your toes in the icy cold water in one of the many pools. For the more adventurous there are areas designated for diving into the icy cold waters if you dare!
No visit to the Costa Blanca is complete without a trip to it’s jewel in the crown “Guadalest”. The Fallas is a traditional celebration held in commemoration of San José (Saint Joseph) in the Valencian Community. The word Fallas (or Falles in Valenciano) can refer either to the celebrations themselves or to the giant, colourful papier-mâché effigies which are eventually burnt on the final night of the celebrations.

The spectacular Three Kings procession is one of the highlights of Benidorm’s Christmas calendar, particularly for children, as it marks the arrival of their presents. The costumed trio ride through the streets, throwing sweets into the buzzing crowds.
Set sail along the coast to Tabarca, the only inhabited island on the Costa Blanca. Here you will have approx. 2 hours free time to explore the island before sailing across to Alicante. After 2 hours free time in Alicante it will be time to set sail back to Benidorm. Boat leaves Benidorm port at 10:00, returns at 18.45.
If you’re new to scuba diving, you can enjoy a beginner’s dive either on the Benidorm Island (from a boat) or from the Malpás beach. If you have your diving licence already then enjoy a 30-minute dive at the island.
Fun for all of the family on the Benidorm banana boat! Hold on tight and enjoy the bumpy ride as you’re towed through the sea.. Try not to fall off! Life jacket and helmet provided. Participants must be able to swim. The banana boat seats up to ten people.
One of the area’s iconic landmarks, La Isla de Benidorm, as it’s know in Spanish, is a nature reserve located 3.5km from Benidorm’s beach. The island is home to several species of birds, including European storm petrels, peregrine falcons and Sardinian warblers, amongst others.
